As reported in The Lone Star Iconoclast a week ago in "US/BP Terror Drills -- Ron Paul's Texas City," http://www.afterdowningstreet.org/node/33703, internal BP sources had announced a major May 26 - June 1 SWAT-style exercise at the refinery, involving explosives.
