Dr. Phillips is promoting his book Witness to a Crime: A Citizen's Audit of An American Election. The evidence in his book is instrumental in forward movement of a law suit in Ohio Federal District Court charging election fraud. Depositions are being taken with counter-movements to suppress at least until after Election 2008.
