Bush Administration to violate law on DHS reports
WASHINGTON — The Bush administration has informed Congress that it is bypassing a law intended to forbid political interference with reports to lawmakers by the Department of Homeland Security.

The August 2007 law requires the agency’s chief privacy officer to report each year about Homeland Security activities that affect privacy, and requires that the reports be submitted directly to Congress "without any prior comment or amendment" by superiors at the department or the White House.

On Monday, September 29th, Twin Cities Animal Defense League will be holding another public event to support the SHAC 7 and the campaign against HLS.

The website appears to be one of those fake 911 truth websites intended to paint all 911 truth websites as kooky in the way that sending a smelly unwashed government agent into a crowd of real anarchists gives the impression that anarchists are smelly. I've seen posts by this "Gretavo" character on various 911 forums. The main push of his participation seems to be to paint everyone else as a fake 911 truther, which is consistent with the starting assumption of this post.

U.S. Senate Spy Bill—Locked and Loaded to Shoot Down 1st and 4th Amendments
More frequently U.S. Senators can be seen on Television reading sections of HR 6304 that they claim will protect lawful persons in the U.S. from being targeted by government wiretaps. Not mentioned by the Senators, is that THE FISA AMENDMENTS ACT OF 2008 includes a low level of “probable cause” that will permit Government to wiretap U.S. phone calls, faxes and emails.
The U.S. House of Representatives on June 20th, 2008 sent to the U.S. Senate, THE FISA AMENDMENTS ACT OF 2008, HR 6304.
